AmbirTouch™ is a Client Satisfaction Program which focuses on setting and measuring key success factors in an Ambir Consulting engagement. By asking our clients what is most important to them, and then measuring this in a meaningful way, we ensure a successful engagement outcome that is relevant to you.

How does it work?

Every new client engagement undertaken by Ambir is subject to AmbirTouch™. An Ambir Engagement Manager (AEM) is assigned to you when the engagement contract is in place. This AEM is not part of your engagement delivery team however in order that we can ensure objectivity. The AEM is responsible to lead the AmbirTouchTM process phases and to serve as your prime Ambir liaison.

AmbirTouch™ is comprised of two separate phases:

1. Expectation Setting & Success Metrics Definition

This phase is executed at the start of every new engagement and consists of setting and documenting your expectations on both a quantitative and a qualitative basis. These expectations form the basis for measuring Ambir’s performance throughout the engagement. We also use these expectations as guidance for the Ambir delivery team to guarantee the engagement will deliver value to you based on your criteria.

2. Performance Review

Upon completion of the engagement, or for longer engagements at pre-determined regular intervals, the AEM meets with you to discuss Ambir’s performance. This performance is evaluated in 2 primary ways. First, by reviewing and rating the performance expectations identified in phase 1 and second, by reviewing and rating a standard set of evaluation criteria which is common for all Ambir client engagements.

During the entire engagement, the AEM is also responsible to conduct informal reviews on a regular basis with you to ensure that the engagement is progressing according to your plan. If and when any issues are identified, the AEM is responsible for taking the necessary action to resolve them promptly.
