This is even more critical in the information technology sector where success hinges on being able to bring the latest technologies and methodologies to bear in order to create success for our clients. AmbirPath represents how Ambir’s culture is dedicated to ensuring this joint success.

Within the AmbirPath program, each of our team is assigned a mentor from within the larger team. Each mentor is usually a senior team member that shares a professional affinity with their AmbirPath partner. And partnership defines the AmbirPath reIationship. Within this partnership, it is the responsibility of the individual team member and their mentor to cooperatively determine a path for that consultant’s professional growth and advancement. Each growth path is designed to align with the team member’s professional aspirations, Ambir’s objectives for business success, the perceived needs of our customers and target markets, and Ambir’s assessment of new emergent technologies and methods. A typical growth path consists of targets for self-study, external education, and preferred assignment types to complement the consultant’s overall professional goals.

However, the process does not end with the definition of the path. The team member and mentor will meet regularly to discuss progress along the path and to evolve the path in order that it remains relevant to the consultant, Ambir and our customers.
