| Mr. Rod Cox
Rod Cox is a recognized leader and innovator in the technology sector, and has been instrumental in the founding and development of a number of highly successful technology organizations. Additionally, he contributes his skills to many boards and foundations within the local New Brunswick community.
Rod was Vice-President of Business Development and Professional Services for Kinek Technologies. In this capacity, he played an integral role in founding the Kinek team and solidifying business relationships around the globe. Rod also served as a member of Kinek's Board of Advisors.
Prior to Kinek, Rod was Senior Vice-President of Atlantic Canada for CGI Group Inc. His team was well known for three important and innovative practices: the global Centre of Expertise in Component Based Development, global Centre of Expertise for e-government, and CGI's first Sun-authorized Java development center.
Rod was a co-founder and President of MCM Technology, a firm leading in advanced development approaches, and a pioneer in component based development. He was also a founder and manager of DMR Atlantic from inception to regional leader.
Mr. Cox is based in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.

Mr. P.V. Kannan
PV Kannan co-founded 24/7 Customer in April of 2000. Leveraging his past entrepreneurial experience, he has led 24/7 Customer to a leadership position in the IT - enabled service industry. PV Kannan is featured in The World is Flat, the current NY times bestseller by Tom Friedman on Globalization and its implications for America.
Prior to 24/7 Customer, P V Kannan was an officer and VP at Kana Communications, in the senior management team. He is a pioneer and business leader in the customer interaction space. In 1995, he founded Business Evolution (BEI), a provider of integrated customer interaction technology, which was acquired by Kana Communications (NASDAQ: KANA) in December 1999. Prior to Business Evolution, he worked in the US and Europe in various leadership roles for large complex IT projects at IBM, Oracle, Novartis and Pacific Power.
Trained as a Chartered Accountant in India, P.V. holds two professional degrees in accounting and finance. He speaks at conferences worldwide on how global sourcing models have helped Fortune 500 companies improve capital and revenue productivity - enabling them to invest the savings to improve market share. He recently received the Indira Super Achievers Award.

Mr. Ad Nederlof
Ad Nederlof is President and CEO of E.Novation. He is also currently involved with eSOON, which develops and supplies CRM software (EZactor) for contact centers. Nederlof recently retired as Chairman of Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories.
Ad Nederlof joined Genesys in February 1999 as Senior Vice President of the company's European, Middle East and African (EMEA) operations. Under Mr. Nederlof's leadership, Genesys' EMEA region achieved record results, growing revenues over sixty percent and changing the European organization from UK-centric to Pan-European. In February 2000, Mr. Nederlof became president and CEO of Genesys. Prior to joining Genesys, Mr. Nederlof was President and Chief Operating Officer of Richter Systems, based in Atlanta, Georgia (U.S.) and Montreal (Canada). Previously, he worked for Oracle Corp., where he served as Vice President for Northern Europe with revenue responsibilities of more than $400 million. Mr. Nederlof also held senior positions at Volmac Software Group (Cap Gemini), where he was Executive Vice President and National Sales Director at ICL Netherlands.
Mr. Nederlof also served on the board of directors of Harbinger Corporation, based in Atlanta, Georgia; Business Information Group (BIG) in Utrecht, Netherlands; Lacys, based in Maarssen, Netherlands; and at Exact software, based in DELFT, Netherlands.
He is a co-author of Customer Obsession: Your Roadmap to Profitable CRM, a how-to book for any executive responsible for customer relationships.
